PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill deep sea water into a container without bringing the water into contact with air. SOLUTION: A connection 4 connects an outer stopper 311 of a container 3 watertightly to a sterilizing chamber 21 of a sterilizing section 2. A jet nozzle 22a jets steam into the sterilizing chamber 21 to sterilize a delivery port 11c and a mouth stopper 31 of a receptor 1. An stopper opening section 5 separates the outer stopper 311 from an inner stopper 312 to open the mouth stopper 31 and an opening/closing valve 12 to deliver the deep-sea water, which is taken from the deep sea directly into a receiving chamber 11, to fill a filling section 32 of the container 3 with the water. Then, the stopper opening section 5 closes the mouth stopper 31 and the opening/closing valve 12, and the jet nozzle 22a jets steam into the sterilizing chamber 21 to sterilize the delivery port 11c and the mouth stopper 31 of the receptor 1, before the container 3 is removed. As a result, the deep-sea water can be filled into the container 3 without bringing the water into contact with the air. Steam sterilization without using an agent allows filling of dissolved gases and bacteria contained in the deep-sea water into the container 3 while keeping the water and gasses approximate to raw water.
