PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle fixing structure and its method of a vehicle-carrying vessel capable of being operated by safely and securely fixing a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the vehicle fixing structure of the vehicle-carrying vessel which fixes the vehicle B parking at a predetermined position or an arbitrary position on a deck board in the hold of a ship with a fixing means such as a car stopper 6 to carry the vehicle, a first locking tool 2 possible to connect with one end of the lashing rope C is respectively provided at the corresponding position of the right and left part of the vehicle on the deck board A, and a second locking tool 3 possible to connect with the other end of the lashing rope C is provided on the deck board A1 of the ceiling side near the position right above of the central part in the width direction of the vehicle B.
