PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a reverse control for a train to be realized in an ATACS when a train has passed over a stop indicator along a platform or the like. SOLUTION: When the train 1 has passed the station stopping position target 5, and after being stopped by using the brake, a driving switch 15 is switched to the reverse side, the fact is notified to a ground side controller 16 together with the positional information of the train. The ground controller 16 prepares attribute information including a stopping limit position at the time of reversing to the platform 4, and positional information of a following train, and transmits them to the train 1. The stopping limit position information indicates the position of a branching point 6. An onboard controller 10 prepares a security braking pattern signal 19 for the rear side from those information. When the train 1 is reverse-driven, if the train 1 approaches the following train or the branching point 6, braking is automatically applied by the security braking pattern signal 19, and the train 1 stops.
