PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail for a vehicle, and a seat device for a vehicle capable of entire miniaturization while restraining a number of parts from increasing. SOLUTION: A lower rail 11 is produced by integrating a bottom wall member 21 having a restricted part 21a for fixing to a vehicle floor with a guide member 22 standing from both sides in a width direction of the bottom wall member 21 and guiding the movement of an upper rail 31 by welding.
