PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head of the piezoelectric system capable of solving the problem of separation between an FPC and a diaphragm in a conventional inkjet head of the piezoelectric system, and at the same time to provide a production method for such an inkjet head of the piezoelectric system. SOLUTION: A case is prepared which includes a plurality of sets each consisting of an ink pressure chamber and an orifice that connects to the ink pressure chamber. Moreover, the ink pressure chambers are aligned and arranged at one face side of the case, and the orifices are arranged at the other face side. The diaphragm, a first FPC, a piezoelectric element and a second FPC are layered in this order on the face of the ink pressure chamber side of the case. The first FPC is an FPC with a circuit for driving the piezoelectric element installed therein. Both of the first FPC and second FPC are pressure-bonded to the piezoelectric element via an anisotropic conductive adhesive layer while the circuit side is set to the piezoelectric element side. The diaphragm is fixed to the face of the ink pressure chamber side of the case. The first FPC and the diaphragm are layered and fixed to each other via an adhesive material layer.
