PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that refiling with a staple left fitted brings about a bulky state due to the staple and that a process of separation of the staple from paper on the occasion of disposal of a document takes time. SOLUTION: The document of size A4 or the like cab be filed and provided as material for a meeting or the like by fitting an eyelet clip to it. On the occasion of refiling the document, it can be refiled as it is by removing the eyelet clip and therefore no bulky state due to the staple is brought about. Moreover, it is unnecessary to separate the staple from the paper on the occasion of disposal of the document. According to illustrations by Figs, an eyelet recess pintle part 1 shown in Fig. 2 is fitted in a part 3 for the use shown in Fig. 3 and held by an eyelet projection pintle part 2 shown in Fig. 1.
