PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein the turning range of a separative suction device is narrow and its operability when cleaning a high place is inferior in a suction device body detachably having the separative suction device. SOLUTION: This suction device is provided with the separative suction device 10 having a connecting pipe 8 capable of rotationally turning in the horizontal and vertical directions communicated with its rear part, and detachably attached to the suction device body 5; and is so constituted that, when the separative suction device 10 is attached to the suction device body 5 and the connecting pipe 8 is rotationally turned to a position of 90°to the horizontal plane of the suction device body 5, it can rotationally turn from the state to the range of 90°in the left/right direction, and similarly rotationally turns from that state downward to the position of 90°. When the suction device body 5 is held up, the connecting pipe rotationally turns downward up to 90°, so that a user can easily ground the bottom of the suction device body 5 on the horizontal plane in the high plate by just holding up the suction device body 5 so as to easily clean the high place without using a step.
