PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clasp capable of clasping even one sheet of fabric and preventing a hole from being opened without damaging the fabric, which is not to be easily detached. SOLUTION: A first locking member 1 and a second locking member 2 arranged on the front surface side and back surface side of the fabric 10 are engaged and locked to the fabric 10. As the first locking member 1, an inner cylinder 5 having an opening 51 on the side face is inserted through a spring 4 into an outer cylinder 3 having an opening 31 on the side face. As the second locking member 2, an engaging projection 24 is provided on the distal end of a projection part 21 projected from a base plate 22. The horizontal width of the locking projection 24 is such that the projection part 24 can be inserted into the outer cylinder 3 and the inner cylinder 5 at the time of pushing the inner cylinder 5 to the inner side against the force of the spring 4 and widening the area of the openings 31 and 51 most and the locking projection 24 is hooked to the peripheral edge of the openings 31 and 51 and is not detached when the inner cylinder 5 is moved to the outer side by the restoration force of the spring 4 and the area of the openings 31 and 51 becomes narrow.
