摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visualization apparatus by which the state of the interior of a living body can be visualized in detail in a noninvasive manner according to biological information associated with biological metabolism. SOLUTION: Light emission devices 1 emit modulated light having a specific wavelength subjected to spread spectrum modulation into the living body. A controller 3 obtains a series of spreading codes used by the light emission devices 1 for the spread spectrum modulation and supplies it to optical detection devices 2. Each of the optical detection devices 2 has an optical detection part 21 composed of optical detection sensors 210 which use the series of spreading codes and selectively despreads specific reflected light having the series of spreading codes out of the light emitted from the light emission devices 1 and reflected in the living body. Then it calculates the blood oxygen concentration according to the detection signal corresponding to the intensity of the received reflected light. Also, the sensors 210 generate image data according to the blood oxygen concentration and output it on a display 22.
