<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus of very high speed which stably outputs high-resolution images, without the occurrence of abnormal images, when used repeatedly at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus using a light source having an oscillation wavelength in the wavelength range of 380 to 450 nm, electric field strength (unexposed part surface potential V in the present position/photosensitive layer film thickness μm) is ≥30 (V/μm) and an electrophotographic photoreceptor, formed by successively laminating at least a charge blocking layer, a moire-preventing layer, a photosensitive layer, and a protective layer on a conductive support is used as a photoreceptor. The protective layer is formed by curing a tri- or higher functional radical polymerizable monomer that does not have a charge transport structure and a radical polymerizable monomer having a monofunctional charge transport structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
