摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an encrypted wireless data communication having high confidentiality and security. <P>SOLUTION: By using infrared data communication S1, capable of easily limiting a range of access relatively, identical cryptography keys are distributed to multiple radio communications terminals T1, T2, and T3 from a cryptography key distribution apparatus K1. The radio communications terminals T1 and T2 capable of receiving the cryptography keys in the infrared data communication S1 encrypts and decrypts data transmitted in an electric wave radio network W1, using the cryptography keys. Since the multiple radio communications terminals use the identical cryptography keys to encrypt and decrypt, encrypted wireless data communication with confidentiality and security is achieved in a limited area, which the infrared data communication S1 reaches in the electric wave radio network W1.
