<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method with which Fe-Ni alloy having good magnetic characteristic while securing the hot-workability is developed by solving such problem as to develop the large crack in the side edge part of a sheet at hot-rolling time causing to bring about the lowering of a product yield. <P>SOLUTION: The Fe-Ni-based magnetic alloy excellent in the hot-workability and the producing method, are as the followings, that is, the alloy is composed by mass% of 0.001-0.2% C, 0.01-0.5% Si, 0.01-1.0% Mn, 0.0001-0.002% S, 30-85% Ni, 0.001-0.1% Al, 0.0002-0.05% Mg, ≤0.0020% Ca and 0.0002-0.01% O and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and further, this alloy contains as oxide based inclusion composed by mass% of ≥75% one or two kinds of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and MgO as the main component and ≤10% SiO<SB>2</SB>and ≤10% CaO. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
