<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain inkjet printer capable of easily performing color matching. <P>SOLUTION: A test pattern is printed by ejecting ink of each color with a density corresponding to a halftone from an ink head 16 in a carriage 15. The colorimetry of a pattern image of each color is performed by means of a chromatometer 17, so that a color difference from a reference colorimetric value can be computed. A corresponding relationship between the color difference and the correction value of a head voltage is predetermined, and the correction value is determined from the color difference according to the corresponding reference. The predetermined correction value is displayed as a recommended value on a display part 7, and the head voltage is changed when OK is input into an input part 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
