PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling film inexpensive as compared with a conventional product, excellent in production efficiency and having an antifouling coating layer with an optical film thickness or below. SOLUTION: A thin film of a silicone compound having an addition polymerizable functional group is formed at least on one side of a polymeric base material by a vacuum film forming method and heated by radiation, polymerized and cured to form the antifouling coating layer.
