<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated board box and a packing body that improve workability such as packing or carrying and facilitate recycling. <P>SOLUTION: Lid flaps 6a to 6d are provided for closing the opening 7 of the corrugated board box 2. Among the lid flaps, short-side lid flaps 6a and 6 opposite to each other are provided with grip holes 8 into which the fingers are inserted to carry the box. In addition, long-side lid flaps 6b and 6d disposed adjacent to the short-side lid flaps are provided with lock claws 10. When the opening 7 is closed by bending the lid flaps 6a to 6d, the grip holes 8 and the lock claws 10 are engaged with each other such that the short-side lid flaps 6a and 6c and the long-side lid flaps 6b and 6d are fixed to one another.
