PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio signal range feeling converter in which range feeling such as whispering voice being generated close to an ear can finely reproduced by operating on audio signals. SOLUTION: The audio signal range feeling converter of this invention has a formant component eliminating means which generates pitch residual signals by eliminating formant components from inputted audio signals, a voiceless making means which suppresses vocal cords components in the pitch residual signals and a voice signal recovering means that resurrects the formant components for the pitch residual signals in which the vocal cords components are suppressed.
