PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor microphone having a structure where a case is welded to PCB, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A capacitor microphone includes a cylindrical case having an opened surface; a diaphragm to be inserted into the case; a spacer to be inserted into the case; a stationary electrode to be inserted into the case; an insulating, first base to be inserted into the case; a conductive, second base to be inserted into the case; and PCB welded to an end of the case, on which components are mounted, and connection terminals for outer connection are formed. Here, the case is in a shape of cylinder or rectangular cylinder; the end of the case is in a straight shape, or an outward bent form; and the PCB has a size larger than or equal to size of the case, in which a conductive pattern is formed in a portion to be welded to the case.
