PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fisheye conversion lens which is loaded on the object side of a main photographing lens to funct the whole system as a fisheye lens. SOLUTION: In the fisheye conversion lens 1 which is loaded on the object side of the main photographing lens 2 so as to make the whole system function as a fisheye lens, the fisheye conversion lens comprises, in order from the object side, a 1st meniscus lens L1 having negative refractive power, whose convex surface faces the object side, a 2nd biconcave lens L2 having negative refractive power, and a 3rd biconvex lens L3 having positive refractive power, and also, the fisheye lens is designed so as to satisfy an inequality (1) of f1<f2<0, provided that the focal distance of the 1st lens L1 is expressed by f1, and the focal distance of the 2nd lens L2 is expressed by f2.
