PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwear enabling both a man and a woman to change briefs/panties only through bringing a pair of trousers or the like down in a toilet. SOLUTION: This underwear is made usable for both sexes through remodeling a product invented for women before. Briefs, for instance, can be attached and detached through opening and fastening both the sides, of course, and a way of attaching a rubber and a temporary fastening cord as the belt part are devised so as to improve usability and finishing properties.
