PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple adhesion wound tape cutter capable of easily cutting the adhesion wound tape by the tape cutter and also provided with functions of a packaging unit and a cleaner. SOLUTION: The adhesion wound tape cutter has a donut-like annular vessel form. The adhesion wound tape is filled in the vessel constituted by a lid engaged with a shape of the adhesion wound tape and an annular vessel and an opening for taking the adhesive tape is provided on a part of the annular vessel. A spring type tape pressing/cutting unit 3 and a stopper 31 for releasing the spring are arranged on the opening. The adhesion wound tape can be applied as a packaging material tape by one hand at packaging. It is laid along an outer surface of the tape cutter vessel while making the adhesion surface of the adhesion wound tape to a front surface and a spring type tape pressing/fixing unit 4 is arranged on an annular opposed surface of the tape cutting unit.
