PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively receive a collision load inputted from a pillar at the time of side surface collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the reinforcing structure 10, a side member 12 and a V-shaped member 18 are extended to a vehicular rear side, and a front cross member 27 is disposed in a vehicular width direction and united to the side member 12 and the V-shaped member 18. A center pillar 26 is raised on a locker 22. The front cross member 27 is united to the center pillar 26, so that the cross member 27 can directly receive a collision load inputted from the center pillar 26 at the time of side surface collision of the vehicle. The V-shaped member 18 is branched off from the side member 12, so that the front cross member 27, the side member 12, and the V-shaped member 18 can effectively receive the collision load inputted from the center pillar 26 at the time of the side surface collision of the vehicle.
