PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short circuit caused by contact between metal bond members for connecting a flexible wiring substrate with an energy imparting part. SOLUTION: On an electrode formation surface 40a of a FPC 40, a group of bond electrodes 78 corresponding to pressure chambers and bond electrodes 77 for constant potential signals are formed, and dummy electrodes 88 are formed between the electrodes 77 and 78. On a terminal formation surface 35a of a piezoelectric actuator 12, external terminals 91 corresponding to the bond electrodes 78 and external terminals 90 corresponding to the bond electrodes 77 are formed. The bond electrode 77 and 78 are bonded with a bond terminal 94 and 95 of the external terminal 90 and 91, respectively, via solder 103 melted by heating. The dummy electrode 88 and the solder 103 applied to that function as a reinforcement member which separates the electrode formation surface 40a from the terminal formation surface 35a and prevents short circuit caused when the solder between the electrode and the terminal is spread.
