PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resin molded article such as a long molding having a desired curvature shape by an extrusion molding itself not depending on a post-process. SOLUTION: A melting resin is continuously extruded in a predetermined profile from the mouthpiece of an extruder and passed through a sizing die 15 to stabilize the shape, and then is passed through a water bath to be cooled and cured. The sizing die 15 is composed of by combining six mold parts 15-1 to 15-6 so as to divide the cross-section of an internal surface surrounding a passage 32 into six partitions. Cooling water passages 33 are arranged in each of the mold parts, therefore the temperature control is separately possible. The temperature of each of parts of a non-cured extrusion article corresponding to each of partitions is made uneven before cooling in the water bath, and the amounts of contraction of each of parts are different when cooled in the water bath, thereby a molded article having the curvature can be obtained.
