PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine by which the massage effect is increased by cooling or heating affected areas and toes are not pinched due to rolling of a flexible cover between a blowout hole of warm air or blowing air and an auxiliary roller. SOLUTION: The massage machine has a pair of disk-like treatment bodies (54), the auxiliary roller (56) and the like which are covered with an air permeable flexible cover (14) in a loose contact with them. A flow path (34) through which airstream or warm air passes along the periphery of the auxiliary roller (56) is disposed in the cover (14). The end of the flow path (34) is opened toward the affected areas in the cover as the blowout holes (35). An inner cover (90) is stretched inside the cover (14) for preventing the cover (14) from invading through the gap between the auxiliary roller (56) and the blowout holes (35).
