PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical Peltier type partial cooling apparatus capable of cooling the back of an ear or the like to a temperature according to a medical purpose and treating it. SOLUTION: The medical (double) Peltier type partial cooling apparatus comprises: a cooling water tank device 4 provided with a cooling water tank to be cooled to a prescribed cooling water temperature T1 by a Peltier element; circulation pipes 5 and 6 for sucking and returning water in the cooling water tank again; and a probe 7 for partial cooling arranged in the middle of the circulation pipes. The probe 7 for partial cooling comprises: a tank 8 in the prove whose both end parts are respectively connected to the circulation pipes; and a probe side Peltier element 9 provided with a heat radiation part whose one end face is opened to the tank 8 to be cooled with the cooling water sucked from the cooling water tank 3 and an endothermic part to be brought into contact with a lesion through a heat transfer sheet appropriately on the back surface.
