PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a bubble generating device for a bathtub allowing a bather to comfortably take a bath by absorbing vibrations, facilitating the height adjustment of a frame and improving the working efficiency of construction. SOLUTION: In this structure for attaching the device generating bubbles in the bathtub 9, a circulating pump P and an air/liquid mixing tank T are attached to a vibration-proof frame A comprising a support plate 2 and an L-shaped attachment base 1, the support plate 2 is height-adjustably attached to a vertical support piece 12 of the L-shaped attachment base 1 with the vibration-proof rubber packing 6 clamped therebetween, the L-shaped attachment base 1 allows an adjuster bolt 3 to be height-adjustably inserted in an insertion hole 111 bored in its horizontal support piece 11, and the bubble generating device for the bathtub is fastened to the adjuster bolt 3 with a lock nut 4.
