PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new identifying method for a biological sample and an analyzing kit for use in the method to enable high-throughput experiments and multiparameter and multiplex analyses, thus realizing experiment and test time cutting and cost reduction. SOLUTION: The method for identifying the presence of a target analyte in a biological sample by detecting a measurable signal is provided, comprising (a) the step of firmly contacting a 1st substrate made by immobilizing an individual substrate with the biological sample or a substance specifically bindable thereto and a 2nd substrate having the above substance or two or more sections including the biological sample, (b) the step of heating/cooling and culturing the sample under conditions enough to complete a binding reaction between the sample and the above substance if the binding reaction occurs, and (c) the step of confirming a measurable signal in the biological sample after the heating/cooling and culturing the sample.
