PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability for whirl-stop functions of bolts. SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for fastening tillage tines is equipped with two bolts 10 passed from a pair of communicating holes 87 and 88 provided in a base part 86 of each tillage tine 85 through a pair of each of tine mounting holes 82 and 83 installed in a flange 81, screwing to nuts 40 and securing the base part 86 of the tillage tine 85 to the flange 81 and a coupling plate 30 integrally coupled to the two bolts 10. The coupling plate 30 is provided with through-holes 31 for passing bolt shaft parts 11 of the bolts 10 therethrough and welding protrusions 34 provided in opposite surfaces 32 opposite to seat surfaces 13a of bolt head parts 13 in both lateral parts. The bolt shaft parts 11 of the bolts 10 are passed through the through-holes 31 of the coupling plate 30 to weld the welding protrusions 34 to the seat surfaces 13a of the bolt head parts 13.
