<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional code for improving a design shape by using the error correction code of the two-dimensional code. <P>SOLUTION: Source information stored as a code is inputted to a data processor 31 by a data input device 35 (a step 61). Then, a texture image is inputted by an image input device 34 (step 62). The data processor 31 encodes the inputted source information into a binary of 0, 1 (step 63), and a specific error correction code is added (step 64) so that binary information can be obtained. Also, the special error correction code is set as a restorable error correction code while any error is included in an existing error correction code. In the memory of the data processor 31, the binary information is successively stored in an address A=w×y+x+F (w is the number of cells per line of a data region, and F is an offset address) corresponding to coordinates (x, y) of the data region.
