PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve weight reduction and cost reduction while simplifying a terminal treatment process in a manufacturing method of a trim component for a car. SOLUTION: A trim component (door trim) 10 is constituted of a laminated structure (door trim upper) 20 and a resin single product (door trim lower) 30. The door trim upper 20 is composed of a foamable resin base material 21 and a resin rib 22 and, if desired, a decorative material 23 is laminated to the surface of a product. Accordingly, the weight reduction and cost reduction of the trim component are achieved by abolishing the resin core material increasing in volume. Further, when the foamable resin base material 21 is heated and softened by a heating fixture 70 in the outer peripheral terminal part of the door trim upper 20, the heating fixture 70 is composed of two stages of a low temperature heater 71 and a high temperature heater 72 and a folding fulcrum part 213 is sufficiently heat-treated using the high temperature heater 72 while a folding allowance 24 is heat-treated by the low temperature heater 71 not only to eliminate the unevenness of a molten surface but also to enable smooth folding work.
