PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flammable container improved in energy in comparison with a conventional one. SOLUTION: A nitramine compound of high energy is used as a main component, and the nitramine compound of 5-85 wt% is blended in the flammable container. The flammable container can be used in a burn-out shell 1, a burn-out primer 2 and a burn-out container. The flammable container is mainly composed of the nitramine compound and a binder, and a stabilizer and the other materials are added when necessary. As the other materials, a plasticizer, a combustion accelerator, a combustion inhibitor, a flash reducer, a slow burning agent, a surface treatment agent or the like can be pointed out.
