PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad energy refilling system which travels on a track where an aerial line is not laid, by adjusting in advance an amount of energy of a fuel or an energy accumulating means for a generator mounted on a railway vehicle. SOLUTION: The railroad energy refilling system includes a motor, and at least one (3 in Fig.) of the generator, a fuel unit, a primary battery, a secondary battery, or an electric double-layer capacitor to drive this in the railway vehicle 1, wherein all or a part of the fuel unit, the primary battery, the secondary battery and/or the electric double-layer capacitor are or is replaced at an energy station.
