<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device having failure diagnosis function and a control program therefor, easily and properly setting the time interval of a watchdog timer without any test by supposing all abnormality conditions. <P>SOLUTION: This control device includes: a control unit for receiving a controlled system value of an operation object 1 as a feedback value 3, outputting a control input 4 for control to the operation object, and simultaneously outputting a monitoring pulse signal 11; and the watchdog timer 20 for monitoring the time interval T1 of the monitoring pulse signal to determine abnormality. The control unit 10 is a computer storing a control program for computing the control input for control, and the control program has a diagnosis control loop for diagnosing the degree of abnormality in which the feedback value exceeds a predetermined set range and outputting the same. In the diagnosis control loop, the processing time in normality not exceeding the preset range is set longer than the processing time in abnormality in which the processing time exceeds the preset range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
