PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distributor and a power distribution device capable of equally distributing power even when distributing signals in which an equiphase surface is tilted without complicating design. SOLUTION: A notch 9 which is a tilt compensation part for adjusting the tilt of the equiphase surface disturbed by a bend part 3 is formed on the output side of the bend part 3 in an input line 1. Thus, since the tilt of the equiphase surface disturbed by the bend part 3 is adjusted in the direction of crossing the center conductor of the input line 1, the power is equally distributed.
