摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate mean values of time dependent values of horizontal direct solar radiation and horizontal scattered solar radiation for each month, 10 days, and a half of 10 days. SOLUTION: Atmospheric transmittance P is obtained by multitude regression equation of P=αL+βR+γQ+δ, the direct solar radiation is obtained by DH=I*P<SP>cosec(h)</SP>*sin(h), and the scattered solar radiation is obtained by SH=I*(1-Kd/Kds)*sin(h), where I is the outer space solar radiation, h is the sun elevation angle, and P is the atmospheric transmittance. A dimensionless index Kd is obtained by Kd=DH/(I*sin(h)), and a dimensionless index Kds is obtained by Kds=Kd+aKd<SP>b</SP>(1-Kd)<SP>c</SP>, where a, b, and c are constants.
