PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the effect of noise generated by a voltage controller toγ-ray detection signals to thereby shorten inspecting time. SOLUTION: A positron emission tomography apparatus arranges a plurality of detector units 2 around a bed. For the detector unit 2, a plurality of combined substrates 20 including a detector 21, an analog ASIC and a digital ASIC and a voltage controller 63 are arranged in a case 30. A partition plate 50 set in the case 30 separates the region in the case 30 into a first region 44 where the combined substrates 20 are arranged and a second region 45 where the voltage controller 63 is arranged.
