PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through-hole closing structure of a gate, a fence or the like, which enables closing processing to be performed so that the appearance of opening ends or an opening end on both or either of the front and back sides of a through-hole, passing through the gate or the fence, cannot be deteriorated. SOLUTION: A closing member 10 is inserted from the opening end of either of the front and back sides of mounting holes 7, 8 and 9 penetrating in the front-side and backside directions of a gate (or fence) body, so as to be engaged with midway parts of the mounting holes 7, 8 and 9; and a screw 11 is inserted from the other opening end, screwed into a screw hole 16 which is formed in the closing member 10, and fastened for fixing.
