PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane, in which the fiber breakage of the hollow fiber membrane is eliminated when the hollow fiber membrane is dried. SOLUTION: When the hollow fiber membrane is dried, the static electricity of the hollow fiber membrane is removed to prevent the fiber breakage of the hollow fiber membrane and the deterioration of reliability on the quality of the hollow fiber membrane.
