ELEVATOR CONTROL OPERATION DEVICE AND MAINTENANCE/INSPECTION METHOD FOR THE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control operation device and a maintenance/inspection method enhancing safety and workability of maintenance/inspection work. SOLUTION: The elevator control operation device is constituted by a sensor 8; an elevator control device 7 for performing control operation control when a detection signal from the sensor 8 is inputted; and a voice sound generation means 10 for generating a sound when a notice signal that the detection signal from the sensor is inputted is inputted. When an elevator stop switch and a maintenance switch provided in a car 5 are turned ON, when the detection signal from the sensor 8 is inputted to an elevator control device 7, the sound is generated by the voice sound generation means 10.
