<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion apparatus ensuring safety and at the same time obtaining stable operation by simple circuit constitution, and to provide a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is equipped with a fuel supply device, a fuel supply detecting device, a combustor burning fuel, a burning state detecting device detecting the burning state of fuel in the combustor, a timer outputting a timer passage signal from when the combustor varies from a combustion state to a non-combustion state till a first prescribed time is passed, a power source for fuel supply, an interlock device shutting off electric power supply from the power source for fuel supply to the fuel supply device when the timer passage signal and a signal detecting fuel supply from the fuel supply detecting device are detected at the same time, and the interlock device does not shut off power supply from the power source for fuel supply to the fuel supply device when a detecting signal indicating a combustion state of the fuel in the combustor is inputted from the combustion state detecting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
