<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal management security system capable of achieving security management associated with the function of detecting entry and exit, even in the case of a mobile terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An entry/exit authentication system 12 detects the entry and exit of the user of a mobile terminal 16 into and out of a managed site 11 and a terminal lock server 13 stores entry information including the user's ID data. The mobile terminal 16 detects that the mobile terminal 16 has been carried into the managed site 11, and sets a cooperation mode when the mobile terminal 16 is carried in. The mobile terminal then checks to see if the entry information including the user's ID data is registered in the terminal lock server 13, and releases a terminal lock if the registration is confirmed. The mobile terminal 16 is provided with functions from the detection that the mobile is carried in to lock control.
