<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health counseling support system that can make a work plan for health counseling sufficiently reflecting the work contents of the health counseling and counselors' and users' intentions. <P>SOLUTION: The health counseling support system has a work planning apparatus 5.
