<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To total and provide the evaluation of crews by a user to a user, and to enable the user to select and designate his or her favorite crew to make a reservation for a taxi. <P>SOLUTION: This taxi allocation reservation system is configured of a server to be managed by a taxi undertaker and the portable terminal of a user communicatively connected to the server. Evaluation is inputted from the portable terminal of a user according to taxi crew evaluation items decided by the undertaker. The server receives evaluation, and totals and stores it in a crew evaluation database. The totaled data are presented to the portable terminal of the user, and the user is able to search his or her favorite crew by viewing the totaled data, and to make a request for the allocation of a taxi by designating the crew.
