<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article information notification device notifying a position of an article such that a person can easily obtain the position of the article related to the person oneself. <P>SOLUTION: This article information notification device decides a concentrated position of a position frequency distribution of movement history information of the article as a steady disposal position from history information of operation and movement of the article detected by environment sensors 104, 105, and specifies the article having the steady disposal position different from a present disposal position detected by the sensor as the article requiring the notification.
