<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor switch integrated circuit with a low insertion loss and superior distortion characteristics, the control circuit of which for the control of a switching circuit can adopt a configuration simpler than that of prior art. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor switch integrated circuit is constituted so that first to sixth switch elements 101 to 106 are configured by series connection of drain electrodes and source electrodes of a plurality of field effect transistors, a voltage, resulting from applying resistance division to a reference voltage by first and third resistors 1, 3, is applied to a first transmission reception terminal 17; a voltage resulting from applying resistance division to the reference voltage by second and fourth resistors 2, 4 is applied to a second transmission reception terminal 18, even if the reference voltage is of the same voltage level as that of a control voltage applied to each of the switch elements 101 to 106 for their operation control, relations Vgd>0 and Vgs>0 are ensured, and the semiconductor switch integrated circuit has low insertion loss and low distortion characteristics, and the configuration of the control circuit is simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
