PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single printing apparatus for photo seal to select either one of an operating mode capable of performing a photographing play and an editing play in parallel or an operation mode capable of performing the photographing play in a photographing space and then successively performing the editing play in an editing space in accordance with the situation of a user. SOLUTION: In the photo seal printing apparatus, the photographing space for photographing an object and the editing space for the user to perform editing operation are independently configured. The photo seal printing apparatus includes a control means for selectively taking any one of a play reversible control mode during which the user is permitted to freely move between the photographing space and the editing space and to reversibly perform the photographing play and the editing play, and a play irreversible control mode during which the user is not permitted to return to the photographing play after the user once moves from the photographing space to the editing space.
