PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system in which remote controller terminal equipment can make target terminal equipment execute a request in the shortest waiting time, the remote controller terminal equipment and the target terminal equipment. SOLUTION: The target terminal equipment 2 receives the request transmitted from the remote controller terminal equipment (mobile communication terminal equipment 1) and then transmits a time until the reception of a different request becomes possible next or a time until a response to the received request is transmitted, and the remote controller terminal equipment refers to the time and decides whether or not to transmit the next request.
