PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reserve waste toner and dust in a collection tank and to prevent scattering of the reserved waste toner and dust from the collection tank to the outside. SOLUTION: The toner remaining on the surface of a photoreceptor drum 70 is removed by a cleaning device 75, the removed toner is collected and reserved in a collection tank 1. In addition, dust floating in an apparatus is collected by providing the collection tank 1 with a duct 12 and an exhaust fan 3 and the dust is reserved in the collection tank 1 with the toner.
