PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a plurality of operations required for screening on-line. SOLUTION: This device includes: a one-dimensional analysis passage A for separating a sample into a protein containing a reaction product obtained by bonding a reaction compound to protein and an unreacted reaction compound; a fractionating passage B for fractionating only protein containing a reaction product out of the separated sample component; a condensing moving phase liquid feeding passage C for feeding a condensing moving phase for dissociating the reaction product into protein and a reaction compound; a reaction compound condensing passage D for guiding the liquid transferred by the condensing moving phase to a trap column 24; a two-dimensional analysis moving phase liquid feeding passage E for feeding a two-dimensional analysis moving phase for transferring the reaction compound trapped by the trap column 24; and a two-dimensional analysis passage F for analyzing the reaction compound transferred by the two-dimensional analysis moving phase by a two-dimensional analysis column 26.
