COMPOSITION FOR TREATING PATIENT OF DECOMPENSATION HEPATIC FAILURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition for suiting a patient of decompensation hepatic failure to liver transplantation by treating the patient. SOLUTION: The medicinal composition for suiting the patient of hepatitis B suffering from the decompensation hepatic failure and requiring the liver transplantation to the liver transplantation contains Tα1of a reduced amount of hepatitis B virus. At least two doses of the dose units of Tα1are administered per day to the patient of the hepatitis B suffering from the decompensation hepatic failure to make the serological reaction of the patient negative as the hepatitis B virus DNA, and the dose unit of Tα1is at least about 1.6 mg.
